Carefully check the trademark, whether the factory name, factory address, grade and anti-counterfeiting mark on it are true, because for the imitation stomach counterfeiters with short-term behavior, the production of anti-counterfeiting marks is not an easy task, and requires a lot of expenditure In addition, in the production of goods, regular manufacturers have hard prints and chemical marks on the surface of spare parts, indicating the number, model, and date of manufacture of the parts. Generally, automatic printing is used, the letters are neatly arranged, and the handwriting is clear. Small factories and small workshops generally It can't be done.

1. Look at the trademark

       2. Look at the packaging

Auto parts are highly interchangeable and have high precision. In order to store them for a long time without deterioration and rust, they need to be coated with low-grade acid grease before the products leave the factory. Regular manufacturers have very strict requirements on packaging boxes, requiring no acidic substances and no chemical reaction, and some use hard transparent plastic vacuum packaging. Sophisticated packaging can improve the added value and value of the product. Most boxes and boxes are marked with anti-counterfeiting marks. Commonly used ones are lasers, barcodes, and dark prints. These are very important when purchasing accessories.

       3. Look at the documents

Be sure to check the product manual of the auto parts. The product manual is the information for the manufacturer to further promote the product to the user, to give the user a certain prompt, and to help the user use the product correctly. The user's trust in the product can be enhanced through the product manual. Generally speaking, each accessory should be equipped with a product manual (the manufacturer on the right is equipped with user instructions). If the transaction volume is quite large, it is also necessary to inquire about the technical identification data, import accessories and customs import declaration data. The state stipulates that imported goods should be equipped with Chinese descriptions. Some counterfeit imported accessories generally do not have Chinese descriptions, and the foreign languages on the packaging are not grammatical, or even spelled wrong words. You can tell the authenticity at a glance.

       4. To identify metal mechanical parts, you can check the surface treatment.

The so-called surface treatment, namely electroplating process, paint process, welding process, high frequency heat treatment process. The surface treatment of auto parts is the back-end process of parts production, and the back-end process of goods, especially the surface treatment, involves a lot of modern science and technology. International and domestic large factories have invested a lot of money in the use of advanced technology, especially the latter process. Some small factories and handicraft workshops that manufacture counterfeit and shoddy products have a common feature, that is, they adopt low-investment predatory short-term business operations, and seldom invest technology and capital in the back-end process of products, and they do not have the ability to invest in such capital.

Look at the surface treatment in the following aspects:

①, galvanizing technology and electroplating process. The surface treatment of auto parts, galvanizing process accounts for a large proportion. Generally, iron castings, forging castings, steel castings, and hot and cold sheet stampings are mostly surface galvanized. The quality of galvanizing is not good, the surface consistency is very poor; the galvanizing process is good, the surface consistency is good, and the consistency between batches does not change, and there is continuous stability. A discerning person can tell the difference between the real and the fake. For other aspects of electroplating, such as black plating, yellow plating, etc., the rust removal and pickling process of large factories before plating is relatively strict, and the acid cleaning is relatively thorough. These processes depend on whether there is a pan-bottom phenomenon. Molybdenum plating, chrome plating and nickel plating can see whether the coating, the amount of plating and the plating surface are uniform, so as to distinguish the authenticity from the fake.

②, paint process. Now generally use electro-dipping paint, electrostatic spray paint, and some also use vacuum means and high-grade electrostatic paint room spray paint. The surface of parts produced by advanced technology is very different from the surface of parts produced by outdated and backward technology. It can be seen from visual inspection that the surface of the former is delicate, shiny, and bright in color; while the latter is dull and dull in color, with bubbles and "snot snot" on the surface, and a feeling of sand when touched by hand. Very clear.

③, welding process. In auto parts, shock absorbers, steel rings, front and rear axles, girder, body, etc. all have electric welding processes. Automobile factories are highly specialized supporting factories. Most of their electric welding technology adopts automatic welding, which can be quantitative, constant temperature and speed, and some also use advanced technology such as low-temperature welding. The corrugated shape and straightness are good. Even for spot welding, the welding point and welding distance are very regular, which cannot be achieved even by the best manual operation.

High frequency heat treatment process. Auto parts products are subjected to high-frequency quenching after finishing, so various colors are left on the product intact after quenching. For example, after quenching the inner and outer ball cages of the car universal joint, there are obvious black, cyan, yellow and white, of which the white surface is the friction surface and the surface with the highest hardness. When visually inspecting, all black and colorless are definitely not high-frequency quenching.

The factory should be equipped with a complete set of high-frequency quenching equipment, including hardness, metallographic analysis and testing instruments and instruments. 30,000 volts or more. Small factories and manual workshops do not have these equipment conditions. Run

       5. Look at the surface scars on the non-use surface

From the scars on the non-use surface of auto parts, it can also be distinguished whether it is a product produced by a formal factory or a product produced by an informal factory.

Surface scars are left by products colliding with each other in the intermediate process. High-quality products are manufactured by advanced scientific management and advanced technology. The production of a part has to go through dozens or even hundreds of processes, and each process must be equipped with process equipment, including process transportation equipment and workstation equipment for process placement. High-quality products are guaranteed by high process equipment coefficients, so it is impossible for products of high-level factories to collide with each other in the intermediate process. It is inferred that any product that leaves scars on the non-contact surface of the product must be small. Inferior products produced by factories and small workshops.
